Welcome to the concluding publication for the Warehouse Props pack, where I'll be sharing some additional items in the collection.
These items include radio and camping stoves.
In this project, I've been experimenting with the Alpha cutout technique to optimize the objects. Using this technique, I've created "fake" holes and glass parts in the objects for optimization purposes. For example, I've utilized Alpha cutouts for the burner legs and small holes on the main burner dome.
By separating the alpha channel from the main texture set, I've optimized space usage and enhanced visual appeal. To maximize the efficiency of the alpha map space, I've designed the grid inside the burner as a rounded mesh with an alpha texture, effectively simulating the grid pattern (Camping Stove) and made glass parts (Radio). I'm excited to share this approach with you and continue pushing the boundaries of prop optimization.
All visuals and decals in this project were specially crafted by me, just like every other decal in the Warehouse Props pack, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality approach to all props within this pack.
Thank you for your ongoing support!
